4. Regular Plan & Commission Disclosure

All mutual fund investments facilitated through Money Mantra are in Regular Plans of the respective schemes, which involve payment of trail commission/fee by the AMC to Money Mantra.

Direct Plans of the same schemes are available at lower expense ratios directly through AMC websites — without distributor commission. Please refer to our Commission Disclosure page for full details.

5. Commission Received

Money Mantra receives trail commission from AMCs for distributing mutual funds in Regular Plans. This commission:

Is paid by the AMC — not directly charged to investors
Is within the Total Expense Ratio (TER) as permitted by SEBI
Is visible in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued by CAMS/KFintech

6. Insurance Products

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Money Mantra distributes insurance products as a licensed intermediary (IRDAI Reg: [IRDAI Reg. No. — Update when available]). All claims are subject to terms and conditions of the respective policy. Past claim settlement ratios are indicative only.

7. Fixed Income, P2P & Other Products

Fixed income products (NCDs, bonds, corporate FDs) carry credit risk of the issuer and are not covered by DICGC insurance (except bank FDs). P2P lending products are regulated by RBI under NBFC-P2P regulations and are not mutual funds — they carry credit risk, liquidity risk, and platform risk. Please read all offer documents carefully before investing.

8. Scheme Documents (SID / SAI / KIM)

All scheme documents are available at SEBI portal ↗ and on respective AMC websites. Money Mantra will provide SID, SAI, and KIM for any scheme upon request — free of charge.

This website and disputes arising from its use are governed by laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
